Nosferatu the Vampyre

(1979, Dir. Werner Herzog)

If everything in this movie were as fun to watch as Klaus Kinski's performance as the vampire, it would be the greatest version of Dracula there is. As it is, it's still fairly faithful to Murnau's original, and enjoyable if a bit slow in patches. Features great visuals throughout – Isabelle Adjani or otherwise.
